When and how often should I run a campaign?
You can use the Symantec Grid to run a co-branded Symantec campaign whenever you like. The fee to run the campaign includes three months of hosting. After three months, the response to most campaigns will drop dramatically.

How do I get started?
It's very simple,
click here to go to the available campaigns. Select a campaign and fill in all of your details. We will receive your request and approve it by sending you an email confirming the campaign request with a link for payment*. Once the campaign has been paid for one of the Symantec Grid team will immediately be in touch either by phone or email to organize logos, contact details, etc. Then, we will set–up your campaign - usually within 2 working days- and send you an email with your login details and password. After that you just login, set your lead criteria, upload your list and fire away.

I'm really busy, can someone launch my campaign for me?
YES!
The team at Symantec Grid can upload your database, write copy for your email, set-up the lead criteria as per your specifications, send you a test email for sign-off, and then, send out the emails on your behalf.

Can I change the campaign so it's different to the competition?
You may customize your HTML email, your lead alerts, your logo, and your contact details. The campaign site in general can not be customized and this is due to keeping the cost of the build to a minimum. If you require special customization, then we can arrange a call to discuss. Please note that there will be an additional cost for any special customization to the site and will need pre-approval from Symantec.

Can I put my own website on the grid?
ABSOLUTELY – we already have over 300+ websites on the Grid system.
We will assess your website then provide you with a quote on making it Grid compatible.
You will then be able to send leads to your prospects and monitor exactly what they do on your site.
If you need updates to your site the Grid team will scope the work and send you a quote.

Can I add the Symantec Grid link to my website?
Yes you can – you’ll be given a unique URL for your Symantec Grid website.
