How does the campaign generate leads?
The campaigns are built with integrated Profile2LeadTM software that tracks which page was viewed, which video was watched, what resource was downloaded, etc.
You establish your unique lead criteria based on these activities.
The Symantec Grid then uses the latest in Flash tracking technology (Profile2LeadTM) to create a unique profile of every contact’s visit to your campaign.
This unique profile is then matched against your lead criteria. If a match is found you are emailed their entire profile.
You then have all the information you need to make a proactive sales call.

How do I classify or rate a lead?
BEFORE sending out your emails go into "Set Leads" and select the criteria you believe will identify a genuine prospect.

How could I use the results from Profile2Lead™ to follow up on leads?
Contact the lead and ask them if they received your campaign.
Then ask them if you can provide them with any additional information on the topics they were most interested in.
Suggest a face-to-face meeting to provide that information.
You have the right information at the right time to make an informed call.

How do I leverage the Symantec Grid with telesales?
Your telesales team call clients and prospects promoting the product or service in the Symantec campaign.
If they express an interest over the phone your telesales staff follow up with an email link to the Symantec Grid campaign.
The client/prospect interacts with the campaign site and the unique Profile2LeadTM software assesses their potential to buy based on lead criteria set by you.
Profile2LeadTM sends your sales staff a lead alert if the lead criteria are met.
Your sales staff pro-actively call the prospect to discuss what they have just viewed and hopefully secure a meeting:-
